Waynesboro
Waynesboro is our home base and where we pour the most. The city has a distinct split: the older neighborhoods around the Tree Streets and North Park have narrow side yards and mature trees, which means access is the first thing we check, a lot of those back yards need a pump line because there’s no path for a truck. Those same older properties are where we find the most drainage problems, patios poured flat against foundations decades ago that now send water at the house.
Newer development along the Rosser Ave corridor and out toward Basic City is a different job entirely: open access, deeper lots, room for the 300-plus square foot patios people actually want.
Across the whole city, freeze-thaw is the constant. Waynesboro crosses the freezing line dozens of times each winter, which is why air-entrained mix isn’t a nice-to-have here. We handle driveways, patios, slabs, walkways, and walls throughout the city.
Staunton
Staunton’s older housing stock and historic character shape what gets requested here. Decorative work is more common, homeowners near the historic districts want stamped patios that read as flagstone or brick rather than a plain gray slab, and matching the character of a home built in 1910 matters to them.
The terrain matters too. Staunton is hilly, and hilly means grade changes, which means more seat walls, more steps, and more attention to where water is going to end up. A patio on a Staunton slope is rarely just a patio.

Fishersville, Stuarts Draft & Verona
The growth corridor of Augusta County. Newer subdivisions, good truck access, and a lot of homeowners finishing out properties, patios, shop slabs for pole barns, and driveway work. Verona’s proximity to the ready-mix plants makes scheduling easier here than almost anywhere in our area.
Shop and garage slabs come up constantly in this corridor. Those need an Augusta County building permit, which we pull.
Weyers Cave, Greenville, Craigsville & Rural Augusta County
The rural end of the county, and the jobs with the most variables. Farm lanes meeting VDOT roads need land use permits. Private culverts and small bridges need checking before a 66,000-pound truck is scheduled. And the karst limestone under parts of this area means we probe subgrade before pouring rather than assuming what’s down there.
None of that adds a travel charge. It just changes what we look at before we quote.
